At Kula Cloth®, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear; if you aren't happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on unused items. Due to the hygienic nature of our antimicrobial cloths, only items in their original, unopened packaging can be accepted for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to return.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your unused items in their original packaging, attach the shipping label, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
